Pre-use checklists
Daily checks for excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers, tools and vans, ready to use or edit. Every check-in is kept with its answers, photos and the operative's name.
Plant, vehicle and equipment tracking for construction
Weatherproof QR stickers go on your plant, vans and lifting gear. Operatives scan them with their phone camera and answer the pre-use checks. Your register updates itself, with MOTs, LOLER examinations and renewals tracked in the same place.
How it works
We print weatherproof QR stickers for everything on your register, from small tags for saws and breakers to large ones for cab doors. Each one carries your fleet number and a short code that can be typed in if the sticker gets damaged.
Operatives point their phone camera at the sticker. No app and no login. They pick the site, answer the pre-use checklist for that machine, and add photos of anything wrong. It takes a minute or so.
The office sees where everything is, who used it last and what has failed its checks, on a map and a register that keep themselves up to date. Download it all to Excel whenever you like.
Features
Daily checks for excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers, tools and vans, ready to use or edit. Every check-in is kept with its answers, photos and the operative's name.
A failed check needs a description and a photo. The machine is marked Do not use, the office gets an email with the photos, and the next person to scan it sees a red warning until a manager clears it.
Excavators used for lifting, telehandlers, chains, slings and block grabs, with their thorough examinations, certificates and next due dates. Anything overdue is stopped until the new certificate is recorded.
MOT, road tax, insurance, services, PAT, EICR and calibration, shown as overdue, due in 30 days or due in 90. An email goes out when something goes overdue, with a summary every Monday.
Walk-round checks with mileage for vans and pickups, tax, MOT and service dates, who drives what, and regular driving licence checks with reminders.
The phone's location picks the site for the operative, and check-ins made away from the site chosen are flagged. Every item shows on a map of your jobs.
Bring in your existing plant register or a whole fleet workbook, with vans, LOLER certificates and drivers, in one go. Download everything to Excel at any time, or link a spreadsheet so it refreshes itself.
Your fleet in your own private hub, with your logo on the check-in page. Managers can make changes, viewers can look but not change anything, and operatives never need an account.
Getting started
Send us the workbook you use now. Vehicles, plant, lifting gear, tools, cabins and drivers come across in one import, with tax, MOT, service and LOLER dates. Machines listed on more than one sheet are matched up, so nothing is added twice.
We print and send your stickers, you put them on, and your operatives can start scanning the same day.
Questions
No. They scan the sticker with the phone's camera and the check-in page opens in the browser. Their name is remembered on their phone, so they only type it once.
The check-in page is light, and photos are shrunk on the phone before they're sent, so it copes with a weak signal. It does need some signal to send the check-in.
Yes. Start from the standard checklists and change the checks to match your machines' handbooks, or write your own. Each equipment type can have its own checklist and questions.
Yes. A simple plant register or a full fleet workbook with vehicles, LOLER certificates and drivers can be imported, and you see exactly what will be added before anything changes.

It depends on the size of your fleet. Get in touch and we'll give you a price and show you round.
